Sports Nutrition Counseling: Initial Nutrition Assessment

60 Minutes: Evaluation of current dietary intake, individualized nutrient goal setting (macros or portions) for improved body composition and enhanced performance.

All nutrition recommendations will be individualized to each client's food preferences, schedule, and activity level. 

Clients will leave the initial assessment with a solid understanding of the following:

  • Optimal fuel choices before, during, and after performance
  • Nutrition strategies for recovery and injury prevention 
  • Nutrient timing for increased energy
  • Hydration recommendations 
  • Body composition management
  • Simple meal prep ideas
  • Evaluation of dietary supplements for efficacy, safety, and quality
