Hate New Year’s Resolutions?

We understand the new year signifies a fresh start. However, if you find yourself dreading having to make yet another goal that will leave you feeling like you’ve failed, you’re not alone. Most people’s new year’s resolutions don’t last much longer than the end of the month.  Most resolutions are also geared towards being a healthier version of your current self. Eating better, exercising more, getting more sleep, etc.

Why are a so many people unable to maintain a healthier lifestyle?

In 9+ years of providing individual nutrition counseling, I’ve learned the #1 reason people are unable to maintain their resolution for a healthier lifestyle is lack of time. We live busy lives and we understand it takes TIME to shop, prepare food, and then clean it all up. We want to help. We’re in the helping business. 😊
